  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

Once dispatched, your order is expected to be delivered within 7–20 days, depending on your delivery location and courier partner’s serviceability.

Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to:

  • Transportation strikes

  • Natural calamities or other events beyond our control

3. Shipping Charges

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

While we aim to deliver all orders within the estimated timelines, delivery schedules may be affected by unforeseen reasons such as natural disasters, political unrest, transportation issues, courier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
In such cases, THINKVEDIC SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be held liable for any loss, inconvenience, or delay arising therefrom.


7. Undelivered Orders

If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, incorrect address, or unavailability of the customer, we will attempt to contact you. Reshipping charges may apply for re-delivery. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per our Refund & Return Policy.


8. International Shipping

Currently, we primarily ship within India. International shipping (if available in the future) will be subject to additional charges, customs duties, and import regulations, which must be borne by the customer.
