We accept returns within 7 days of the date of delivery, subject to the terms and conditions below.
Refunds, if approved, are initiated within 30 days from the date the returned product is received and inspected by our team.

To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.

3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

4. Return Process
To initiate a return:
Email us at hello@shritattva.com within 7 days of delivery, mentioning your order number, reason for return, and supporting photos (if applicable).
Our team will review your request and provide instructions for returning the product if eligible.
You are responsible for shipping the item back to us in its original condition, unless otherwise specified by our support team.
Please note: Return shipping costs are generally borne by the customer, unless the return is due to a damaged or defective product sent in error by us.
5. Refund Timeline and Method
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 30 business days through the original payment method.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.
6. Cancellation Policy
Order cancellations are only accepted before the item has been dispatched. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process described above.
7. Right to Reject Returns and Refunds
THINKVEDIC SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the full right to reject any return or refund request at its sole discretion, without citing any reason.
Decisions made by the company in such matters shall be final and binding.
8. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing hello@shritattva.com with photographs or videos showing the issue.
After verification, we will either replace the item or initiate a refund as per our discretion.
